Bug Description
Binary package hint: network-manager
If you have saved pasword and group-key in NM when you connect to a Cisco VPN (vpnc) network, NM doesn't let you change or remove the saved password.
You have to go into Applications > Seahorse > Passwords and find you password there and remove it.
$ apt-cache policy network-manager

It also happen to me with my vpn-pptp connection. I am unable to change the password.
To connect to some VPN networks a new password is needed in each session. And It is really frustrating to delete the old connection and create a new one every time a need to connect to the vpn because I need to use a different password and the network-manager don't let me to reuse the configured connection with another password.
It just only work the first time. I mean network-manager only let me type the password (if I didn't type it when configuring it, as logical) the first time I'm connecting to the network.
In Hardy I was able to retype my password whenever I wanted to connect to the vpn.
I think the user should have the possibility to specify if he/she wants to retype his/her password every time and remember the name or, maybe, both his/her user name and password.
