Please sync javascript-common 4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Upstream changelog since current Intrepid version:

   * Downgrading relation to 'apache2 | httpd' from recommends to suggests
     (Closes: #496259).

Currently using Ubuntu Intrepid (alpha), updating "python-matplotlib-doc" package with aptitude gives the following:
  * python-matplotlib-doc [universe] depends on libjs-jquery
  * libjs-jquery [universe] recommends javascript-common
  * javascript-common [universe] recommends apache2
  * apache2 depends on apache2-mpm-worker
  * apache2-mpm-worker depends on apache2.2-common
  * apache2.2-common depends on apache2-utils

apache is not necessary for viewing these documentation files

The dependency is new in Intrepid, and comes from debian package.

    - moved depends on libjs-jquery from binary to -doc package; thanks to

javascript-common was (alredy fixed in Debian, see #496259) recommending "apache2 | httpd" and since python-matplotlib-doc depends on libjs-jquery, apache2 is pulled in
