Bad default focus in the "Wireless Network Secrets required" dialog

Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager

As you can see with the screenshot, the focus is on the "Wireless Security" combobox.

But:
* The combobox has (in my case) only one item.
* The default choice seems to be the good one... and every normal user wants now to type his password,

The normal behaviour is, in my opinion, to provide the default focus to the "password" text input.

we have bug 390362 now being worked on; duping this as it seems simlar enough.
