Inkscape always print using $PRINTER (if set)

inkscape-0.46 printer dialog allows me to choose from all printers cups offers.
regardless what I choose, it always prints to the printer specified via the
PRINTER environment variable.

The dialog is thus useless.

Workaround, select printer at startup:
env PRINTER=printername inkscape

Maybe I'm wrong, but in my understanding setting a bug status to 'Incomplete' doesn't mean closing a bug but reflects the status of inquiring more information - according to "Bug statuses in Launchpad" <https://help.launchpad.net/Bugs/Statuses>:
«Incomplete: the bug report is incomplete and needs more information before it can be triaged. …»

Please change the bug status to 'New' if you don't agree or if you have new information that relates to the current stable version (Inkscape 0.47).

It's fixed in 0.47 according to the original reporter.

And thanks for the information about incomplete. It's a bit confusing that launchpad uses the same terms as bugzilla, but in a different way...
