Bug Description

Binary package hint: avidemux

when running a long transformation job avidemux offers a checkbox to shut down the computer after work is done. yet after clicking the checkbox the programs just reports that it needs root priviliges in order to shut down the computer.
IMHO it should ask for them using gksudo or alike.

i am running latest hardy amd64.
