Bug Description
Launchpad recently asked me to choose between relicensing my old translations under a BSD License or having them removed. It said I could change my decision until (mumble mumble) July, in the past.
If the change deadline has been moved forward, we should say so.
If we don't want people changing their choices now, we should stop them from doing so.
If anyone who hasn't visited that page yet has implicitly agreed to the BSD License, we should remove it.
