Elisa 0.5.7 needs packaging

Elisa 0.5.7 is out and is still not packaged for ubuntu in the PPA. The current version is 0.5.5.
0.5.7 resolves the Add Folder problem as per release notes.

Any chance that we will see anything of the 0.5-branch packaged for Intrepid Ibex?
If not it will ship with the (outdated) 0.3.5 Version. :-(

I cannot install Elisa from the PPA repositories because there isn't any elisa-plugins-good package in PPA.
Instead apt tries to solve dependencies by installing the version 0.3.5 which is in hardy already gives the following error:

E: /var/cache/apt/archives/elisa-plugins-bad_0.5.7-1fluendo1~ppa1_all.deb: trying to overwrite `/usr/share/pyshared/elisa/plugins/pigment/__init__.py', which is also in package elisa-plugins-good

Indeed the elisa-plugins-good package in the PPA for 0.5.7 was broken (see bug #261451) and had been removed, hence breaking the whole PPA. This is now fixed.

Elisa packages now installs without any problems :)
