Bug Description
Since the upgrade to (x)ubuntu 8.04, I can't connect anymore from my Xubuntu boxes to my working box display (linux from scratch). this bug is often reported on the net.
I scp my .Xauthority from my display/working box to my ubuntu box :
scp ~/.Xauthority xubuntu:
then ssh to my xubuntu box and export my other box display :
ssh xubuntu
export DISPLAY=
then launch a random application:
xclock
and have now the following failure:
Invalid XDM-AUTHORIZATION-1 key (failed address comparison)Error: Can't open display: 192.168.0.15:0
192.168.0.15 is my working station where the window should be displayed, this worked nice on all my (x)ubuntu boxes just before I upgraded them to 8.04, they all fail now.

Description: Ubuntu 8.04.1
Release: 8.04
Hi popolon,
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with the latest development release of Ubuntu? (ISOs are available from cdimage.ubuntu.com)
If it remains an issue, could you also attach a new /var/log/ Xorg.0. log?
Thanks in advance.
The output of lspci -vvnn would also be worth having.
