Bug Description

When the branch puller detects that the format of a branch has changed, it attempts to completely re-mirror the branch by deleting the destination directory and starting again. Unfortunately, it uses path-based APIs to do this, which fails now that we use lp-mirror:/// urls to represent the destination directory.

We cherry picked the fix yesterday, but we should make sure that all the affected branches have been updated.
