As we are in Feature Freeze now, you need an exception to get a new package into the archive.
See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess for the process to get one.

I'm unsubscribing ubuntu-universe-sponsors for now, please resubscribe u-u-s if you got an exception.

Without this package LXDE, which is already in universe, would be incomplete. lxrandr is very useful if you need to change your resolution on the fly or connect your notebook with a projector.

While accepting NEW packages at this point is allowed, could you please test at least if pacakge builds/installs/runs fine?

No major open bugs in Debian, dependencies are standard, I'm giving my +1, but note that, due to archivers workload, this might not make it into Intrepid.
