Bug Description

In Rhythmbox, it can discover there is a DAAP server around but can't read it's content

Jouston, it would be helpful to know if this works in standard Ubuntu. I suspect that it does not, and I think this should be filed against Ubuntu Desktop if not. Afaik, we do no work on Rhythmbox for UNR.

iTunes v7 and higher require a form of authentication that has not yet been cracked. This prevents non-iTunes clients from successfully using iTunes 7.

Rhythmbox should be able to connect to thirdparty DAAP servers such as Firefly (http://www.fireflymediaserver.org/).
