jack-rack should not depend on blop

Binary package hint: jack-rack

When installing jack-rack package from synaptic, it appends that the package "blop" is a dependency. It is a problem, since blop package content is a big amount of ladspa plugins oriented for modular synth.

People who wants to use Jack-Rack with only audio ladspa plugins will be desoriented, since it is not the same kind of plugins.

So to let the choice to the user, I suggest that jack-rack should not depend on any ladspa plugin.
