Bug Description
The PIXELISE_DATABASE must be in the same directory as the pixelise project.
If the database is moved else where and the settings updated accordingly, Pixelise fails to recognise a database.

We will remove or factor the PIXELISE_DATABASE setting to allow multiple XML databases in a project. Possibly by putting application specific settings in the application folder, or by automatically finding the database according to the current dir.
The Collection object will also need an optional argument for database path.
