Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

I use Firefox 3.01 on Hardy and fixed the bug with Flash. My system is up to date. But since a few days Firefox started to crash again with segmentation fault. but only on certain pages and then all the time.

some pages for me are "www.paypal.com", and since today its "www.mininova.org" (god dammit i need this page :D )
when i run it from terminal i just get "Segmentation fault".

I tried to disable all plugins or running Firefox in -save-mode but still the same. And i am not low on ram ...
This is really annoying :(
If there is anything i should check, please tell me!

thanks in advance and greetings

Robert

PS: Sorry if this is a duplicate of a already known bug ... but i couldn't find it.

I didn't thought flash 10 could crash my browser even if the page doesn't use flash :( (youtube was working so good since i installed flash10 and changed pulseaudio settings)

but after i removed it, my segmentation faults stopped ... but i still don't think its a flash10 problem, because it was already working very smooth and without a single crash the last few weeks ...

sorry for the troubles :) and the above bug report ....

could it be a problem of xulrunner? Because I remember it got updated and then my browser started to crash again ... but thats just guessing...

Thank you for your bugreport. Since this seems to be an issue with
version 3 of the firefox browser, I'm reassigning the package.
