Bug Description
For some sprints, the list of registrants is much bigger than the list of those who eventually arrive at the sprint. This poses a problem to sprint organisers.
It is suggested that we add a way for sprint registrants to mark their status as 'maybe coming' or 'coming for sure' or 'not coming', so that they can help the sprint organisers track this information in the run up to the sprint.
This may be quite important when planning the next UDS.
