Bug Description
Binary package hint: f-spot
This bug is probably only noticeable when using a dark theme that uses light-text-on-dark background for most controls but dark-on-light for editable controls.
In the Edit Image view, the photo viewer pane appears to use the base[NORMAL] color for its background, but fg[NORMAL] for the GtkLabel "Comment:" that appears next to the GtkEntry for comments on the photo.
In the types of themes I described above, that base[NORMAL] is usually the same or nearly the same as the fg[NORMAL], so you get unreadable light-text-
Solution: always use text[NORMAL] over base[NORMAL].
I was able to work around this in a GTRKC file by targeting like this:
widget "main_window.
...in case that helps direct the fix in the right place.
Marking invalid as this ought to be on the gnome.org bugzilla instead.
