Binary package hint: language-support-writing-br

Hello,
The language-support-writing-br 8.04+20080415 (hardy) package depends on ibrazilian.
br in this case means "breton" ; this language is spoken in a west part of France. It's br_FR.
ibrazilian is probably the portuguese language spoken in Brazil : pt_BR.
Please make language-support-writing-br independent from ibrazilian.

This package depends on:
# aspell-br
    Breton dictionary for GNU Aspell
# ibrazilian
    Brazilian Portuguese dictionary for ispell
Moreover is an Ubuntu automatic language-pack builder who make this package...
It is a program errors or an human anyone?
