add tags like "confirm" or "metoo" for bug comments

Bug Description
As I'm subscribed to several bugs and some of them are older and still not solved, so it happens that new people just add comments like "me too" or "I'm confirming this bug on ...". I would really love to see a possibility to filter out those comments from the regular view. When trying to get an overview of an older bug with a lot of comments, it's hard to find the relevant comments. My request is:
Add a tag or a special "confirm" function to bug comments, where a commenter (or a moderator) can mark his comment as such and add additional information like:
- distribution version
- last update time
- used program version for bug
- library versions, if relevant
- hardware information, if relevant
With this it would be also possible to see faster, if the problem is the same, a different one or a re-appeared regression.
