Bug Description
If you install Ubuntu from an usb flash drive the installation works but after restart if you insert an usb flash drive it won't be recognized.
in /etc/fstab the drive will be recognized as an cd-rom

This is not a bug of liveusb. (liveusb only turns the CD into a Live USB medium. It does not have anything to do with how the Live USB medium itself behaves.)
