Bug Description
The 'save config' function should only save settings which differ from the default. This keeps the config file smaller, and makes upgrading easier. The user can get changed settings automatically, instead of having to compare their config against the new defaults.
An option to save all settings (as it does now) would still probably be useful.

Also made config output prettier, using pprint module.
