Bug Description
The Volume Applet on Ubuntu doesn't remember the sound settings. I have to set the volume to 47% everyday, because every time I boot it's back to 100%.
The progname is Volume Applet, I don't know if I should have reported it as gnome-volume-
Thank you in advance!

gnome-applets has the volume control/mixer, so setting it as that.
