Bug Description
I've included a patch with a new test. the test isn't working yet but will try to get it working. sorry its late.

The service script creation logic has changed quite a bit over the last years and has been completely rewritten for the 4.x series. Please reopen the ticket if you still experience the problem with recent 4.x versions of the recipe.
