Bug Description

Binary package hint: oem-config

RELEASE: Intrepid
CD/DVD VARIANT: 64bit Ubuntu Alternate cd
ISO BUILD:20080813

SYMPTOMS: Oem does go into end user setup instead it cycles back to oem user

CAUSE: unknown

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1/ install Ubuntu from Alternate cd in oem mode
2/ add some packages
3/ double click "Prepare for shipping to end user"
4/ see the message about new user set up on reboot
5/ watch as it goes back into oem user

OEM Log appears to be missing :(
Syslog is empty
are there any others logs that might be useful?

Fix released on the 20080827 for Ubuntu unable to test on Kubuntu.
