Printing A3 from GIMP results in A4 print on A3 paper

Bug Description

I have a HP OfficeJet Pro K850 which is connected via network. When I print from GIMP to this A3-printer, the printouts are only in A4-size but still on A3-paper.

I have selected A3 on Print > Image Settings > Adjust page size and Orientation > Paper size.

I'm attaching output from printingbuginfo.

Is this problem GIMP-specific or do any or your other apps exhibit the same behavior?

It seems to affect most apps, just tried printing from gedit and had the same problem there.
