Attached debdiff adds Daniel's suggestion (or rather, Depends) and fixes a couple of lintian warnings. Could someone in u-u-s please sponsor?

Hi,

I disagree that mysql-server should be a dependency, it's possible
to run mtop against a remote mysql server.

I believe the correct fix should be to handle the mysql server not being
available.

I have linked the Debian bug report about this issue.

I'm un-subscribing the sponsors team as I don't believe we want
the current solution in the archive. Please re-subscribe them if
you have a different fix, or you disagree.

Thanks,

James
