No documentation for kxstitch

Steps to reproduce:
1: Start kxstitch
2: Click Help > KXstich hand book (or press F1)
3: You get the message: There is no documentation available for /kxstitch/index.html.

I will say that additionnally, if selecting in Help menu the under menu "Get Help Online", it leads to this one page:

which is perfectly unefficient. On the project page of the application, at Sourceforges, there is a complete Handbook:
http://kxstitch.sourceforge.net/manual/index.html

(which indeed is not present in the package : I started a find in the /usr/share/doc directory to be sure it was not hidden, and the /usr/share/doc/HTML/en/kxstitch does not contain the desired handbook).
