apport cannot send bug report because it don't take care of corporate proxy setting

Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport

On Intrepid fully updated/upgraded i get a gnome-session crash

Using apport to send crash-report it can't send because it don't take care of proxy

i get urlopen error 110

My work proxy is an authenticating proxy requiring uid and password. I have set this info in gconf, and apps like firefox can pick this up from there to talk to the proxy. apport doesn't seem to have this code, so it can't report bugs through the proxy
