when kopete give new mail notification, and user tried to check mail, konquorer opens.

Bug Description

1. configure kopete for msn messenger.
2. install firefox and make it the default browser.
3. send mail to your hotmail account.
4. kopete tells the user that a mail is present.
5. click the notification.

expected result:
- firefox should open.

actual result:
- konquorer opens.

FF was made the default browser when it was launched. (FF asked whether it should be made the default one).
I dont know abt the kcontrol thing.
FF should make changes in kcontrol. I, an end user, dont know/care abt kcontrol.

Also... this bug is reproducible in 6.06 LTS.

You can solve this problem by fixing the html file associations.

You can do this using kcontrol. in KDE components/file associations. in the file types list text/html type files must be set to firefox and it must be the first program in "Application Preference Order"
