Get Involved page should list 'translations' as a way to contribute

Bug Description

Currently in the 'Get Involved' page http://www.ubuntu.com/community/participate there is no mention of doing translations as a way to help out Ubuntu. I think that translating is a pretty easy and accessible way for anyone to contribute. It should be listed on that page.

As mentioned by Inayaili de León: translation is mentioned on http://www.ubuntu.com/community/get-involved/non-technical-users. There is no need to list every possible way of contributing on the overview page.

IMO this 4 year old bug can be closed with status 'Won't fix'.
