Bug Description
I have a dc30 frame grabber card. I load the zr36067 with the parameter card=3
When I grab a video with
lavrec test.avi -i P
I get a garbled video with a resolution of 192x144
If I turn on decimation with
lavrec test.avi -i P -d 2
lavrec test.avi -i P -d 12

I get perfect video in the desired resolution.
The garbled video constists of stripes of the original ones.
