A wikipedia page is not redrawn properly

Bug Description

Binary package hint: mozilla-firefox

firefox 3.0.1+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.3
64bit system.

This page

if scrolled down to the bottom, never redraws. For instance,
if I switch to another workspace and switch back, only the
frame of the browser window is shown properly. Inside the
frame the picture of the previous workspace is shown.

Hitting Refresh (or Ctrl-R) does not change anything,
moving mouse around the page redraws the links,
but for example link hints just smudge the window
(drawn but not overdrawn with the page underneath).

No and no (XFCE).
No compiz (but it's possible, the machine has an intel chipset).

I'm attaching dmesg and Xorg.0.log (sorry, should have done than in the first place)
of 2.6.27-rc2 boot (but 2.6.26 has the problem as well, and it looks exactly same, I tried).

I am facing the same problem. The pages are totally messed up. I am using Gnome. I have the latest version of FireFox 3.0.1 and the latest kernel *19 on Ubuntu Hardy Heron. I have compiz installed.

This bug is gone for me in Ibex. I don't know why, but at least it's fixed.
