Bug Description

The posibility to set the starting time for a task.

Examples:
 * I create a task hourly, but I want to start the backup in two hours.
 * I create a task weekly , but I want to start the backup in two days at four O'Clock

Fixed, Please see revision #112 (additional tests provided @ test/test_task.py)
I must say that this change won't apply to Tasks scheduled On-Change since it can lead to confusion to know when the task must start (not to the user but to the code since I must pass the request to inotify and it does not support delayed requests).
I can review this situation as soon as we get a more mature daemon.
