Bug Description

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-evdev

I updated to intrepid and now is the "Alt Gr"-Key (right alt) mapped to enter, changing the "Third Level Chooser" option does not change that, however, i can successfully activate the left alt key as third level chooser"-key.

As I just found out, my arrow keys are also not working anymore. nothing happens if I push them...

Same here.
Arrow keys are actually working but are mapped wrong, too. xev reports for the UP key "print" for example.
This behaviour is only present within an X environment and may be related to the input driver "evdev".

Hence I suggest to change the title to something like "Wrong keycode mapping (evdev)".

Same here. I thought this was a wrong keyboard mapping but all the same with all the tests I've done.
