Bug Description
The image used for the wait animation is strongly aliased and it's even more visible when the texture is magnified. That can be fixed by applying a gradient to full opacity on the inner and outer silhouette.
The other problem IMO comes from the fact the "head of the snake" in the image has strong corners, if the "head" was done as a circle and not as a square, the rotating animation would be cleaner.
