Bug Description
Currently the libraries associated with the user's collection do not get loaded into the Collection instance on startup, so the libraries do not appear in the Collection Manager GUI, and on quit the previously persisted libraries are lost. Attached is a patch that calls the setup_libraries() method in Collection.
