Redesign student messages viewing

As a teacher when you go to Messages and then Student Messages it should take you to a conversation screen between the teacher and a student. The box of Members on the right should be removed and at the top should be a text field "Student" with a drop-down that has a list of all the students in the section. When you select a student the conversation on the page should be changed to all the messages between the teacher and that student you selected. By default when you first go to this page it should show the conversation between the teacher and the first student in the drop-down list. The drop-down list should be in alphabetical order.
