Firefox won't display any websites, Opera will

Binary package hint: firefox

Firefox doesn't display any websites. I'm connected to the internet, irc, im, skype etc all work fine. I can even browse the internet using Opera. Firefox however, will not load a single page.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling firefox, tried moving my settings folder, forcing it to recreate all user settings. I know the problem isn't with my internet connection, just firefox.

Can you please provide your Ubuntu and Firefox versions.
