Deberías intentar hacer lo siguiente:

Según el log tienes errores con el paquete konqueror_4%3a3.5.9-0ubuntu7.3_i386.deb así que veremos que quiero que me cuentes si lo has intentado de nuevo y se acabó ahí, tienes acceso a la terminal (pantalla negra con letras blancas)? o cualquier información nueva. Si tienes acceso a la terminal podrías intentar loguearte con tu nombre de usuario y contraseña, luego debes hacer dpkg --configure -a para instalar lo faltante. Esperemos que se mejore, sino puede que no hayas instalado nada del cd y tendrías que instalar desde otro.
