Bug Description

Binary package hint: tsclient

This is rather a feature request than a bug. The -z option of rdesktop specifies that rdp compression should be used. The Microsoft Remote Desktop client usually by default sets this to true, while the tsclient does not have UI to control this option and hence it is by default false.

I am submitting a patch that adds and handles this option.

The patch is on top of tsclient_0.150-1ubuntu1, for Ubuntu Hardy.

Thank you for reporting this bug & submitting a patch. tsclient has been removed from the Ubuntu 11.10 archives. The software has not had a new release in years and was no longer being maintained. Unfortunately that means this bug won't be fixed.
