Bug Description

Lately I've noticed that Nepomuk in KDE4 doesn't work as it should (hmm, at all ;). After hitting the wall with my head a few times I've traced it down to:
(Soprano::PluginManager) found plugin file "/usr/share/soprano/plugins/raptorparser.desktop"
(Soprano::PluginManager) plugin has proper version.
(Soprano::PluginManager) found plugin file "/usr/share/soprano/plugins/raptorserializer.desktop"
(Soprano::PluginManager) plugin has proper version.
(Soprano::PluginManager) found plugin file "/usr/share/soprano/plugins/redlandbackend.desktop"
(Soprano::PluginManager) plugin has proper version.
(Soprano::PluginManager) found plugin file "/usr/share/soprano/plugins/sesame2backend.desktop"
(Soprano::PluginManager) plugin has proper version.
(Soprano::PluginManager) searching plugin file from "/usr/local/share/soprano/plugins"

That appears after running nepomukserver from command line.

Looks like you have an old soprano version. Try rebuilding kde4-kdelibs and kde4-kdebase-runtime with a new version.

After all you can also try to build the DEVEL version. Works almost like a charm for me.
