Lack of a top link to team PPA is suprising

Given the new U/I and the placement of the link for personal PPAs, the lack of a similar link for team PPAs is confusing. Please pick one spot for both.

mpt, bug 247620 is now fix released but I still think the UI is a bit inconsistent. If you look:

https://edge.launchpad.net/~bzr and https://edge.launchpad.net/~wgrant, a team and person overview page, the team page has a action menu in the right side while the person page has the menu in the middle just below the main applications tab.

If you look https://edge.launchpad.net/~bzr/+archive the team has the middle page menu. Can we display the same menu in the overview as well?

Of course. All team pages should use the same navigation menu that was implemented in the fix for bug 247620.
