Icons overlay each other

Bug Description

I find that icons invariably overlay over each other on the same position on desktop. for instance \i hve a Folder on right hadn corner or anything else and if a drive is mounted or any other icons are made appear by Linux on desktop it seems it doesnt cre that that particular space is already occupied by another icon, this is intermittent I cannot eproduce this evry time but it doesm appen...

Im on Hrrdy 8.0.4.1 and doesnt matter kernel 2.6.24-19 or 2.6.24-20

IBeing a bug duplicate for what I read no one cares about this on that other bug report this should be address otherwise dont I wont waste my time poting bug reports.
