Bug Description
Binary package hint: evolution
When syncing a Tungsten E with Evolution via gpilot the system does not properly sync phone numbers. Some numbers are copied to the "Other" number field on the Palm, sometimes it is removed from "Home" or "Business", other times it is just copied. I'm not sure WHY this happens at all. I had similar problems with a Tungsten T3 as well.
To reproduce, sync a contact with simply a name and a work number on the palm. Sync with Evolution, in Evolution the number won't appear. So, makes sense, put it in as "Business Number" in Evolution. Sync again, then look on the Palm.
Very likely you'll see "Other" and "Work" with both the phone number in there. Now, more oddness.
Remove "Work" (assuming it doesn't sync properly) from the Palm, so now you just have a number in "Other" on the Palm. Sync again, Evolution moves the number to "Other" now, and its gone from the Palm entirely!
No freakin' idea what causes this, as it doesn't happen with entries that have Mobile, that files properly. Additionally, when having Mobile, Work, and Home, it tends to sort all that properly.
