Writer: "Einfügen - Feldbefehl" does not work

In Openoffice Writer 2.4.1 (German Version) you are not able to insert fields like date, time or others.
(Using Kubuntu 8.04)

Thank you for reporting this bug. I cannot reproduce this bug on my Hardy system with a german OO Writer.

When you hit for example "Insert - Fields - Time" you will see "Date(fixed)",
but not the current date (30.07.08). In the older version of writer there
was not such a mistake.

Its not a mistake.... Just turn off View->Field Names.
