Non-English tutorials are unavailable from help menu

Binary package hint: inkscape

Hello, inkscape it's a wonderful drawing program. One thing that I like of inkscape its the documentation built in. This tutorials exist in many languages in the folder /usr/share/inkscape/tutorials But the package in ubuntu has an error, this tutorials are not accessible from the menu help -> Tutorials in the respective language, only in english. I build inkscape from source that provides inkscape.org and the documentation in localized versions appears ok. And in other distros like opensuse works too. Please fix this error because this tutorials and documentation are very useful ir's one of the best things that inkscape has. I learn to work and draw in general with this wonderful tutorials

A pre-release of the upcoming Inkscape 0.47 is now available in Ubuntu
Karmic for testing. Because *so* much stuff has changed compared with
the version you reported your bug against, would you mind re-testing
this new version and see if this bug is now resolved?

Karmic Alpha CD ISO images are available at:

  http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/karmic/

If you're not testing Karmic yet, there are .debs of this new Inkscape
for Jaunty, Hardy, and Intrepid here:

I have just tested this with French language support in $ apt-cache policy inkscape 0.47 and the issue seems to be resolved. If I am mistaken, please feel free to reopen this report.
