a partition can be restored to an extended partition

Code needs to be added to restorePartitionSnapshot() in imager.cpp to check if the target partition is an extended partition definition on the disk. Restoring to an extended partition pretty much screws up that disk.

This will require a new public function in PartitionManager to identify extended partitions [e.g., isPartitionExtended()]
