Summary:
Gimp Layers window is tool tall for the screen dimensions so is truncated. The window should resize for the dimensions of the device.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Gimp on device with 8.9" screen
Expected result:
Apps resize to avoid window truncations
Actual result:
Layers window is truncated
