Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

Yesterday i installed a lot Ubuntu alone on my Dell 521 and then a lot of updates from you then I installed my NVidia driver and all went well.
This morning my computer refused to wake up so I shut it down and reopened it but now the resolution is 800 X 640 and it's impossible to change.

I went into "installed driver and it says that my Nvidia is working

Hi Chris,

Never mind the previous conversation i fixed the problem.
I booted from the installation cd expecting to receive an offer to fix
the system but instead all I got was an offer to install Ubuntu and when
I said no the dvd-rom would not stop turning finally i managed to get
the dvd out and when the system rebooted my screen resolution was
modifiable.

Thank you anyway to have taken the time
