Firefox cant delete "Private Files"

Bug Description

Firefox 3.0.1 cant delete "Private Files" (In German "Private Daten Löschen") or Hotkey CTRL-SHIFT-DEL. I would Delete the History but firefox3 do nothing, without any error. I use Ubuntu 8.04 (AMD64).

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Could you try to reproduce the same with Ubuntu 8.10 or 9.04? Thanks in advance.

I delete the mozilla profile, than the problem was solved! I have done this with 8.04 (I think so). I had no problem with 8.10 and I have no problem with 9.04.
