New kernel 2.6.24-20 fail to start at my laptop Dell Latitude C400

Bug Description

After kernel update to 2.6.24-20, I can't start my Ubuntu at my laptop Dell Latitude C400.
To start I use last-one version 2.6.24-19.

$ lsb_release -rd
